Do Eyelash Extensions Hurt?
Lash extensions are completely painless to the client when done correctly. In fact, many clients fall asleep during their lash session. We encourage you to relax and enjoy your experience, you wont regret it!
How should I arrive to my lash appointment?
Please arrive clean faced, with no makeup on. There is no need to wear it! Excessive makeup around the eyes during your appointment time can slow down the service or affect eyelash application.
Can I just walk in without an appointment?
No, Lash But Not Least is appointment based only. Many of our services take time to complete and we do not want anyone waiting to be serviced. We also want to ensure client satisfaction by providing our undivided attention during your appointment. You may book an appointment by call/text or email.
Can I bring Someone with me to my appointment?
We prefer if there are no guests during your appointment, We want to provide you with the most relaxing service when you book with us. Please leave all children at home, we understand if your appointment needs to be rescheduled because of childcare issues.

What is the difference between Classic, Hybrid and Volume Lashes?
Classic lashes are a 1:1 application, for every natural lash present an extension is applied to it. Volume is a more advanced technique, attaching 2,3 or more extensions to every natural lash in the shape of a fan. Hybrid is a mixture of both techniques. Hybrid and Volume is most recommended for clients with sparse lash lines or those who want more drama. Unsure of which to book? Start with classic! More drama can be added at your next session.
How long should my hair be for a wax?
The hair needs to be at least 1/4 of an inch or as long as a grain of rice to be removed properly. Please refrain from shaving at least 2 weeks before the service to ensure a smooth wax.
How far in advance should I book my appointment?
We do take appointments weeks in advance as well as same day, but please try to schedule at least 2 hours before the desired appointment time. We want to be prepared to give the best service ever!
