Our Salon Policies and Procedures

• Thanks for choosing Lash But Not Least! Our hours have been temporarily adjusted so we ask that you book in advance to ensure you are serviced at the time most convenient for you. A $25 non refundable deposit is required for all full sets and clients being serviced for the first time. An invoice will be sent to the email address provided upon booking and must be paid within 24 hours or the time you requested will be forfeited. Once paid you will receive confirmation info with further details about your appointment. **Please note that the deposit is non refundable in case of late cancellation or no show. Deposit is transferable to a new appointment on a one time basis under approval.

• Foreign refills are no longer accepted, if you are a new client looking to book a lash service please book for a full set. If you currently still have lash extensions on from somewhere else, a removal will be done before a new set can be applied. Refills are available to existing clients only. Lash But Not Least will only be responsible for the work done in our studio. 

• We kindly ask that clients be on time, after a 15 minute grace period has passed your appointment time will be marked as cancelled and you will be asked to reschedule.

Due to Covid-19 we ask that all clients wear a mask in our facility and during service unless asked otherwise. Disposable masks are available if needed. If you are feeling unwell we ask that you reschedule your appointment for a later date. ​

• Please note this is a home based business, however all necessary precautions are taken prior your appointment to ensure the best possible sanitation and service are given during your time with us.

• No Refunds are given after services rendered due to time and product used, however if you are unhappy with a service please reach out so that we may find a possible solution.
